At 12:07 PM Canton Fire & Rescue was alerted to a one car motor vehicle accident at 6355 US Highway 11. The vehicle involved struck the guard rails in the south bound lane and exited the highway coming to rest in the ditch. The patient was evaluated and transported for further treatment. This is the second motor vehicle accident in 24 hours. 13 members responded and units were back in service at approximately 12:45 PM
