| At 9:08 AM, Canton Fire, Canton Rescue, and Car 4 were dispatched to a single-vehicle accident involving a car that swerved to avoid a deer and ran off the road into the trees. Canton Rescue arrived at 9:17 AM, followed closely by 4-2 and 4-1. The driver was initially trapped, but Rescue 1 coordinated with Johnson's Towing to secure the vehicle using a hitch setup. The two agencies, workng together, were able to safely pull the vehicle free without the need for additional extrication tools. All Canton Fire units cleared the scene and returned to service by 10:26 AM. |
