As part of their community outreach, Lowe's of Potsdam recently made a donation of 100 smoke detectors to Canton Fire and Rescue. This donation will assist the department's successful fire prevention program in providing smoke detectors to those in our response area who may not have a working smoke detector in their home. The department is very grateful to Lowes for their donation and recognition of the safety that working smoke detectors provide.
